Active Release Technique News
Dr. Terlesky successfully completed the advanced Level 2 A.R.T. Upper Extremity certification course, in San Diego in September. He is now considered an Accredited Level 2 Full Body Active Release Techniques Provider.
Sept/Oct Holiday Hours
Please note, the office will be open Monday, September 30th with limited hours and we will be without staff . The office will be closed Monday, October 14th to observe the Thanksgiving day holiday. We will resume regular office hours Tuesday, October 15th.

Chris! Chis has been practicing massage therapy since 2004. He is trained in many modalities including deep therapeutic, relaxation, sports, active isolated stretching and dynamic cupping.
We are very excited to have Chris join our team. He is looking forward to providing care for our existing patient base as well as welcoming all new patients.
